Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Concierge Vehicle Repair LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging our technicians, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Concierge Vehicle Repair LLC provides mobile vehicle repair and maintenance services at customer-designated locations within our service area. These services may include, but are not limited to, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, emergency assistance, and repairs. In some cases, certain repairs may require specialized equipment or shop facilities. If that becomes necessary, we will inform you before proceeding.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be requested by phone, text, or through our online booking form. All appointments are subject to technician availability and will be confirmed once scheduled. Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule appointments if weather, safety issues, or parts availability prevent us from completing the work as planned.

3. Estimates & Payments

Before work begins, customers will receive an estimate outlining the expected time and cost. Estimates may be adjusted if additional issues are discovered during service, but no additional work will proceed without customer approval. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and third-party financing. Failure to pay may result in collection actions, and customers will be responsible for any associated fees.

4. Parts & Warranty

Repairs performed with recommended new parts are covered under a warranty of twelve months or twelve thousand miles, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover issues related to customer-supplied parts, misuse, neglect, or problems unrelated to the service we performed. Customers who choose to supply their own parts understand that such installations are done at their own risk and are not covered by any warranty.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and legal location for vehicle service. It is also the customer’s responsibility to disclose all known issues with the vehicle before service begins and to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

6. Liability

Concierge Vehicle Repair LLC is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the services performed. We are also not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or emergencies.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide at least twenty-four hours’ notice to avoid penalties. Late cancellations may incur a service call fee. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
